The service

Thumbprint produces a 1,200-word behavioral portrait across six sections, delivered in five business days from intake completion. The portrait is based on your submitted answers and, when scheduled, a short conversation. It is a written interpretation for personal reflection, not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, background check, employment evaluation, or financial advice.

What you pay

Founding: $149 (locked for life, three portraits within three years, all at $149). Standard: $299 (single portrait, no re-portrait lock-in). Coach License: $799/year (twelve portraits per year, three-day priority, for licensed coaches only). Current public pricing controls if a page and a checkout link ever disagree.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery time begins after we receive a complete intake and any required scheduling details. If you delay intake completion or miss a scheduled session, the delivery window moves accordingly. One revision pass is included: if a section reads wrong, we rewrite that section. The re-portrait lock is enforced; you will not be billed twice for the same work.

Refunds

30-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with the portrait, write to [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Personal-bound use

Your portrait is yours for personal and professional self-presentation. You may share it privately with your coach, therapist, partner, team, or anyone you trust. You may not resell it, license it, publish it as a competing product, or use it in marketing for a product that competes with Thumbprint.

Accuracy and responsibility

We aim for useful, careful language, but the portrait is not guaranteed to capture every part of you. You are responsible for how you use or share it. If a section misses, use the included revision pass rather than treating the first draft as final truth.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion or export. By commissioning a portrait, you agree that we may use your submitted answers to prepare, deliver, revise, and support the portrait.
