Every portrait starts with 8 intake questions — your role, methodology, decision patterns, and what you want the portrait to do for you. The portrait is a behavioral map, not a personality profile. It captures how you actually operate: your decision patterns, your methodology translated into observable behaviors, where your strengths become liabilities, and what changes when the stakes go up.
The test for a good portrait isn't "is this accurate?" It's "does this person feel seen?" Those are different bars. Accuracy can miss the person. The portrait has to land — you have to recognize yourself in it the way you recognize yourself in something true, not just correct.
